VICTOR FRANKL

I am an accredited clinical counsellor and psychotherapist committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to adults navigating interpersonal challenges, unresolved trauma and attachment injuries, stress, depression, and anxiety.
With a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and extensive postgraduate psychotherapy training, I bring both academic rigor and deep clinical experience to my practice. I am a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA) and a member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). I am an accredited provider for several private health funds, Access EAP, NDIS, and SIRA (workers' compensation).
My Approach
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapies that foster self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I help individuals recognize early attachment wounds and unexpressed needs, shift unhelpful patterns, and cultivate a more fulfilling, balanced life. I utilize the most appropriate therapeutic approach for each client, including EMDR for trauma work, whether addressing childhood experiences or adult trauma.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients feel genuinely supported in restoring their relationship with themselves and others. Whether you are seeking to reduce anxiety, address deeply ingrained negative beliefs, process past experiences, or develop healthier coping strategies, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow.
