VICTOR FRANKL
I am a clinical counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with adults experiencing interpersonal issues, unresolved trauma and those wanting to reduce stress and anxiety to improve their quality of life.
I am also an eating disorder credentialed clinician and I work with adults, adolescents and children with eating disorders, and their families.
As a trauma-informed therapist, my approach is holistic that includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration. My intention is to create a safe environment that enables clients to discover and change habitual physical and psychological patterns that impede optimal functioning and well-being. Together, I hope to help clients develop more resilience and foster a mindset which will give them the psychological flexibility to absorb life’s uncertainties.
