VICTOR FRANKL
I am an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with over 10 years of experience providing psychological care to individuals, parents & couples in Sydney's Lower North Shore. Holding a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have also undertaken extensive postgraduate psychotherapy training. I am a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapist and Counsellors Federation of Australia (PACFA). I am a provider for several private health funds, Access EAP & SIRA (workers comp) accredited.
I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care, working with adults, couples and parents navigating interpersonal challenges, unresolved trauma, stress, and anxiety.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, fostering self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful change. I help individuals recognize early attachment wounds, unexpressed needs, shift unhelpful patterns, & cultivate a more fulfilling, balanced life.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where clients feel supported in restoring their relationship with themselves and others. Whether you are seeking to reduce anxiety, address deeply ingrained negative beliefs, process past experiences, or develop healthier coping strategies, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore, heal, and grow.
